After the Structure Review is completed, the specifications are downloaded into the database and panelization begins. The process is computer driven. Panels and are laid out visually by a computer generated 'light bar', then mechanically clamped, and squared to produce tight headers and stud joints. This process greatly reduces the chances of future stress cracks and builder 'call backs' but most importantly this attention to quality enhances the rest of the building process and finishing of the home! Square walls transfers into easier installation of kitchen cabinets, interior doors, windows, etc.

After the Structure Review process is completed, Truss Manufacturing can begin. The computer driven Truss Saw can perform 6 different cuts at once. All driven by the profile the customer specifies. Once the pieces are in place, the joints are compressed to ensure a precision match up, then rolled to the stacker for packaging.
